DMH Consulting is a Pennsylvania-based company providing IT  services primarily to FDA regulated organizations.  Our founder, David Harcar, has eighteen years experience supporting and implementing systems in Research & Development and Quality Control laboratories.  He has a unique combination of skills;  broad-based technical expertise, computer validation, and Project Management experience, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of industry software and regulations.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
